Are the pools heated?
It varies by property. Most private pools are unheated and comfortable April through October; some offer optional pool heat for an additional daily fee (typically requested at booking). Community pools at larger resorts are often seasonally heated. Each property page notes heating options.
What's the difference between a private and community pool?
A private pool is exclusive to your rental and can be enjoyed at any hour. A community pool is shared with other guests in the same condo complex or resort, typically with posted hours and lifeguard rules. Both are great; families with small kids often prefer private pools for convenience.
Are pool towels provided?
Yes — every Amplify Vacations rental includes pool and beach towels separate from bath linens, so you don't have to pack them or drag wet bath towels around.
Is there a pool safety fence or alarm?
Florida law requires safety barriers on private residential pools. Most of our private-pool properties have a fence, self-latching gate, or door alarm. If you're traveling with young children, message us and we'll confirm the exact safety features for your rental.
