About this rental
4 bedroom + bunk room single family home just steps from the beach. This spectacular home has TWO master bedrooms - 1 downstairs & 1 upstairs- both w/king bed, two additional bedrooms w/queen beds & bunk room w/4XL twin beds. Sleeps 12. The heated private pool (additional cost). Fenced backyard w/covered patio & table for outside dining. Gas grill is available in backyard. Beach Chair & umbrella service included in rental (15Mar-15Oct) Ask about our other properties in the area. Having two master suites makes this perfect for two families traveling together or for grandparents who do not want to do steps. The whole house is available for your use I am local so please call if you need anything We are part of a newly constructed neighborhood with all new houses on two of the streets. No busy roads to cross with small children Uber and Lyft are available in the area. Perfect location if visiting the area for sporting events or dance competitions. Pool can be heated upon request (additional cost). Ask about snowbird prices Oct - Feb Ask about our other properties in the area if traveling with extended family and friends.

Jessica was so friendly and local and that made a huge difference! The house was completely stocked and clean. Everything for our family's end of summer beach vacation was so easy because the accommodations were perfect for our family!
Had a good time
This Home was everything we could wish for. By far the best home we’ve stayed over the past 10 years of Beach vacations. The Beach is an easy walk, and in the evenings we enjoyed hanging out in the pool. The home was so accommodating for our group of 12. Jessica was a wonderful host and we can’t wait to come back!!!
The home is very comfortable and accommodating. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare any meal for a large number of people. All cupboards labeled for easy cooking. Plenty of extras for fun in the sun as well as accommodations for young children/infants. A great home and host! My family and I had a very enjoyable and relaxing week there.
Jessica’s place hosted my family of 13 (8 adults and 5 children under 5). It allowed us great family time around the pool and family dinners. The kitchen was well stock with all needed items except the food. Everyone was comfortable in the house and had plenty of parking. Jessica was very intentional in her communications before arrival, check-in, and check out.
