These terms govern use of the Amplify Vacations website and booking platform by guests, owners, and property managers.
Bookings and the rental agreement
A reservation is confirmed once payment is accepted and the rental agreement is signed. The agreement, the property's house rules, and these terms together govern the stay. Amplify facilitates the booking between the guest and the property manager.
Payments, deposits, and taxes
An initial payment is collected at booking and any remaining balance is collected on the schedule shown at checkout. Applicable state and local lodging taxes are calculated and displayed before payment, and the Amplify Platform Fee is disclosed in the booking flow.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must meet the minimum age requirement, provide accurate guest counts, follow the property's house rules including occupancy and pet policies, and are responsible for damage caused during the stay.
Cancellations, changes, and liability
Cancellations follow the policy shown for the reservation. Amplify is not liable for events outside its control, and its liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected reservation to the extent permitted by law.
