Immaculately clean! Spectacular 3 B/R, 5 bath home w/PRIVATE pool! 50 yds to the beach. 1st Flr has living rm, 10 seat dining rm table, bar stools & fully equipped kitchen. 2nd level has another living area, wet bar w/sink + 1/2 bath & built in bunk beds & bedroom w/king bed & full bath. 3rd level has master bedroom w/king bed, private master bathroom & another guest bedroom w/ 2 queen beds & full bathroom. Ask about renting both townhouses for extended family vacations. If you are two families traveling together ask about renting both townhouses. We are 50 yards from the beach access. Views from master and second floor bedroom balconies. We are 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Perfect for families attending sporting events or dance competitions. The property is a duplex. You have full access to the house and your own PRIVATE pool. We provide all your linens to include beach towels. A wagon to pull kids or coolers. Comes with a beach chair service (two chairs and umbrella) and 4 more chairs at the house. Only a few yards from the beach access (#19). I like to greet our guests after arrival so I can tell you about the property and the area. Nice quiet neighborhood. Each driveway can fit up to 6 cars. There is no on street parking. Because there is no public parking near our beach access the beach NEVER gets over crowded. NO BUSY streets to cross to get to the beach. Safer for traveling with kids. Great place to stay next to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Will definitely recommend.
We just returned from a week at Jessica‘s property and could not be more pleased with the experience. My fiancé and I traveled with our Brady Bunch of six kids and the house accommodated all of us perfectly. Having only a two minute walk from the front door to the beach is so convenient, while located in a much quieter and community based area than some of the more touristy stays you might find in PCB. Still, every activity and location we headed to was only about a 10-15 min drive depending…
This was the perfect house in the perfect location for a family beach vacation. It was our 50th anniversary and we took the kids and grandkids for a weeklong getaway, and Jessica’s house was absolutely perfect. It was immaculate, decorated beautifully, and the layout of the house was wonderful. There were 10 of us and everyone had their own space. The second living area for the kids was great, and the private pool was amazing. We loved the short walk to the beach and to several eating places.…
jessica was so friendly and when my flight was delayed she offered to be at the airbnb when groceries were delievered. she was welcoming and responded when I had a few questions. The home was beautiful and well maintain. 3 to 5 minute walk to beach was safe!!
This is the 2 nd year we have stayed at this home and it was great for our large family. Very easy to get in and out of. Love how close it is to the beach and the beach gear/ chair rental included was a great bonus.
