This recently renovated 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse is across from beach access #5 and #6. FREE PARKING directly in front of the unit. Pool, gas grill & fire pit for evenings outdoors. Fenced grass covered courtyard only for residents and guests of this complex. Perfect for small families. Reservation includes a beach chair service that puts out/takes down 2 chairs and an umbrella for you each day. Publix Sports Complex is just a short distance away if visiting for one of the many ball tournaments.

We had a fantastic time. The courtyard pool was very nice, private and clean. The house itself was lovely and easy to feel at home in. It was a very short and easy walk to the beach. We love the lower grand lagoon. The addition of beach chair service was a great touch too. We would definitely recommend staying here.
Our place was exactly how it was described. Just a hop and a skip to the beach, easy room access, and Jessica responded very timely. Highly recommend for anyone!
Jessica’s place was an amazing stay. She communicated very well and within a timely manner, her house was clean and organized. But there were a lot of activities and beaches around.
We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach and pool. Everything was as described. Only thing needing updating was mattress on pull out sofa and banister is a little loose.Townhouse was very nicely decorated.
