About this rental
Spectacular 3 B/R, 5 bath home w/private pool! 50 yds from the whitest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. 1st Floor has spacious living rm, 8 seat dining rm table & fully equipped kitchen. 2nd level has another living area, wet bar w/sink + 1/2 bath, built in bunk beds & bedroom w/king bed & full bath. 3rd level has master bedroom w/king bed, private master bathroom & another guest bedroom with two queen beds. Ask about renting both townhouses for extended family vacations. Immaculately clean townhouse 50 yards from the beach access. Views from master and second floor bedroom balconies. We are 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Several restaurants in walking distance to property. Travelers have the whole house I am local and can stop in when you check in and any time needed during your stay. If you need restaurant recommendations just let me know. We are on a quiet street with little traffic just 50 yards to the beach access. Parking is located right in front of our property. We are a short distance to some local amusements, putt putt and restaurants. Ask about our snowbird pricing Oct-Feb.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Even though Tropical Storm Bertha decided to arrive during our vacation, having the pool was a huge bonus and gave us a great way to relax and enjoy our time together. The weather wasn’t too bad overall, but we definitely appreciated having such a fantastic place to spend time. The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, and everyone slept great! We also loved the balconies…
Me and my family really enjoyed ourselves at this stay it’s convenient to the beach and we loved the private pool very spacious to accommodate a big family it was very clean and Jessica reaponds quickly highly recommend
I can't say enough great things about Jessica being a perfect host! She went out of her way to check to make sure we didn't need anything! The beach house was beautiful and she had beach towels and beach chairs, sand shovels nets, ect. for use on the beach. The kitchen cabinet are labeled which was so nice you didn't have to go hunting for something. If I asked her anything she responds so quickly! GREAT HOST!!!
We were very happy with the accommodation. Everything was very clean and in great shape. Home was well equipped with everything you’d ever need. Very happy with the pool as well. Especially with having a few small kids with us, the pool was the perfect size for our group. It was maybe a 3-5min walk to the beach access. The beach buggy, cooler and chairs provided were a big help on saving space for traveling. Jessica was a phenomenal host! Very responsive with any questions we had. I would stay…
